Urica S. Humphries is the CEO and Founder of Humphries Gadison Tax Acct Svc also know as HGTAS. She started the company in 2016 with the intention to help people obtain quality tax services. She has now moved the company's focus to Wealth Planning through your Income Taxes.  Her goal is to help individuals and Self-employed business owners to understand the importance of planning your taxes during the year vs the end of the year. Her moto is PLAN NOW PAY LESS POCKET MORE!! Urica S. Humphries holds 3 degrees. She is a graduate of Howard Jr College in Big Springs, TX, Concordia University in Austin, TX, and Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She has been in the field of Tax and Accounting for over 16 years. She has been known for her diligence in paying attention to detail and helping you find solutions to your tax and accounting needs. She believes, there is always an answer to your problems. 

Urica S. Humphries has 5 children and lives in Austin, TX. She gives back to the community in honor of HGTAS through random giveaways and volunteering. She coaches basketball as a volunteer with the YMCA. She has worked with various school districts teaching Life Skills and Promoting Health amongst Teens. She has also volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club as a judge and Instructor.  She enjoys spending time with her family and having fun. She loves inspiring and empowering others to go after their dreams.

 GiGi is a native Californian and calls Houston her home away from home.  She has a passion for bringing positive energy to anyone she meets and helping others. She values inner and outer beauty, mental health and wellness, enjoys spending time with family, friends and her pets while living life one day at a time.  Her love of numbers encouraged her to seek out her career path in Accounting and Business Administration. She holds a Masters and Bachelors of Science in both respectively.  GiGi has 15 years of experience as a Business Manager in the Oil and Gas industry.  Some areas of her expertise are Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Planning & Preparation, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning.  It is her desire to be a valuable part of any organization’s business team to support financial growth and help build healthy relationships between the organization and its clients
